fitted fimbrin coordinates
This is a PDB style file with some additional columns
containing interaction-probability scores and root-mean-square
values derived from the fitting.

This is an ASCII file containing a list of all residues with
an accessible surface area of more than 10% and their assigned
interaction-probability score if greater than zero. The first column
is the residue number, the second the type and the third is the
interaction-probability score.
actin filament density map
This is a PDB style file that holds the
grid-point coordinates of an F-actin filament helical cryoEM
reconstruction. The
PDB B-value column holds the density value of the grid point.
