Description:
The whole body is pale yellow or cream, with no markings. Due to the lack of coloration, the spider can be somewhat translucent (see picture). The body is covered with short hairs that give it a silky or shiny appearance. In the male, the
chelicerae
are
keeled
. The length of the female is 6.7 to 11.4 mm, and the male is 6.7 to 7 mm.
Behavior:
Sac Spiders are nocturnal hunters that make resting tubes out of silk in rolled leaves, under bark, or beneath stones. Clubiona winter under bark and stones.
