All the Daddy Long Legs Spiders have long spindly legs with flexible tarsi . The posterior median eyes are smaller than the others. In Pholcus the abdomen is more than twice as long as wide. The Long-bodied cellar spider is pale yellow, with darker markings on the abdomen and a grey mark in the center of the carapace.

Cellars and caves.

They make sheet-like or irregular snares and hang inverted beneath the web. They build their webs in cellars or other dark locations.
