Long-bodied cellar spider
You'll find this spider someplace dark, maybe your cellar. (Hence the name). The spiders are most often seen hanging in an inverted position waiting for prey.
Heres a good shot of the long abdomen. You can see the spider here with her babies. Notice the very long legs.
Here you can see the abdomen and thorax markings. The spider is light gray, almost translucent, with brown markings on the thorax and a longitudinal stripe down the abdomen with horizontal stripes as well. (Also notice the cute babies!!)

LOCATION: Found throughout the United States
