Habitat: grassy spots in woods, when moist

Color:Cap is orange to yellow, gills are yellow to orange-yellow, stalk is yellow to pink

Size: Cap is 1.5-3 cm in diameter, stalk is 5-10 cm long, 2-5 mm thick

Gills: Decurrent.

Spore Print: Yellowish white

Edibility: Edible but not recommended

Characteristics: The Cap is Slimy when wet, and flat, with a depression in the center. Grows in small groups or alone.
