| Pokeweed's can be identified by their droopy branches and big, untoothed leaves. The flowers of plants in the Pokeweed Family can be found opposite the leaves. These small five-petaled flowers grow in a delicate, slim, long raceme(long flower cluster with flowers growing around a central stalk). When these flowers die, they are replaced by deep purple berries and the stalk turns bright red. | |||||||||
