On this site you will find pictures and information about 15 genera and species from the orders Orthoptera and Hemiptera as well as some other Aquatic genera from other families including the Coleoptera and Odonata orders. All of the insects found on this page were collected by Shiloh Sundstrom and other members of Professor Dan Perlman's Field Biology class. All of the specimens were found in or around Waltham, MA except for the Camel Cricket which was found in a basement in Staunton, VA. All pictures were taken by Shiloh Sundstrom.
