Assigned readings for each session will consist of review
articles and original research articles and will be available
via the course WebCT
website (The original papers are also often available
in the library). Students must complete the required readings,
come to class and be prepared to participate in discussions
and/or ask questions. Students are encouraged to discuss the
readings outside of class, but should not rely on this as
a substitute for doing the readings. In addition to required
readings students are encouraged to read background papers
(identified in the weekly assignments), to explore additional
relevant research papers where interested, and to pursue answers
to questions raised in class.
